Download, unrar and run the the setup.
Punkbuster [Guide] Crystal_Clear_app_download_manager



Update Punkbuster by downloading PB updater

Punkbuster [Guide] Crystal_Clear_app_download_manager

Run the updater
Add Call of Duy 4 and press update

Start CoD4, go to multiplayer options and enable Punkbuster
